Job summary

Google is seeking a Program Manager for Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) in Malaysia. You will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects, coordinate stakeholders, plan requirements, manage schedules, identify risks, and communicate progress across offices and time zones.

The Data Center team designs and operates sophisticated electrical and HVAC systems. You will be part of a creative, collaborative group of engineers dedicated to safe and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
• 2 years of program or project management experience.
• 2 years of experience managing EHS programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) programs and projects to improve business operations and technical aspects.
• Identify, organize, and plan program activities and stakeholders to deliver improvements.
• Ensure compliance with AHJ regulations, maintain permits, and monitor KPI performance.
• Execute and manage site EHS compliance calendar tasks, organize meetings and site plans, identify operational risks.
• Evaluate incident data and track corrective/preventive actions to closure.
