Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an Infrastructure Maintenance Engineer based in JB to oversee daily operation and maintenance of data center electrical, HVAC and weak current systems. The role requires executing routine maintenance, handling equipment faults, and providing on-site duty with off-hour response.

You will manage safety, capacity, availability and cost optimization, maintain facility data, monitor alarms, perform MOP reviews, and drive incident root-cause analysis to prevent recurrence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 2–3+ years of data center infrastructure O&M experience.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin for daily technical work.
• Able to work rotating shifts and respond to off-hour incidents.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain data center electrical, HVAC and weak current systems.
• Execute maintenance plans and respond to faults per standard procedures.
• Ensure safety, capacity, availability and cost optimization.
• Provide on-site duty, cross-team collaboration and incident recovery.
