Job summary

PMX Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor (Electrical)/ Mechanical Supervisor (ACMV) to join our Data Center Project team. You will oversee daily site activities, coordinate contractors, monitor progress, and ensure installations are delivered safely and in line with project requirements.

The role involves collaboration with Project Managers, Engineers, Consultants, and Contractors to support mission-critical data center infrastructure projects and ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of site supervision experience in Electrical/Mechanical/ACMV/HVAC.
• Experience in data center or mission-critical facilities is advantageous.
• Hands-on experience with ACMV or Electrical systems and familiarity with design software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily Electrical, Mechanical, and ACMV works at project sites.
• Monitor contractors and subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and according to project requirements.
• Track project progress, identify site issues, and implement corrective actions to meet project schedules.
• Support installation, troubleshooting, testing, and commissioning of ACMV/HVAC systems, including chillers, AHUs, ducting, and related equipment.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and engineering standards.
• Prepare site reports, progress updates, inspection records, and other project documentation.
• Coordinate with Engineers, Consultants, Contractors, Suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Attend site meetings and provide updates on work progress and site activities.
• Support project handover, audits, inspections, and commissioning activities.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management, Project Manager, or Head of Department from time to time.
