Job summary

JAC Recruitment International is seeking a Site Supervisor for a prominent construction project in Malaysia. You will supervise daily site operations, coordinate workforce and subcontractors, and ensure quality and safety compliance.

The role requires a civil/construction degree or diploma, 2–3 years of site supervision experience, ability to read drawings, and familiarity with CIDB guidelines. Industrial or data center project exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in civil engineering, building, construction management, or related field.
• 2–3 years of site supervision experience.
• Knowledge of CSA works (Civil, Structural & Architectural).
• Ability to read construction drawings.
• Familiarity with CIDB and local authority requirements.
• Experience in industrial or data center projects is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities and site workforce.
• Monitor work progress against schedule.
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
• Ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Perform site inspections and resolve construction issues.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
• Monitor materials, plant, and manpower usage.
• Ensure compliance with safety and health requirements.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with project engineers/managers.
