Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Diploma in Civil Engineering with 12 years of construction/engineering experience.
• Min 3 years in large-scale data center or complex semiconductor projects with MEP content.
• Experience leading base-build delivery and overseeing underground infrastructure, substructure, superstructure, finishes and façade works.

Responsibilities

• Plan phasing, sequencing, and coordination of construction activities.
• Administer quality management system and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Manage safety programs, audits, trainings.
• Coordinate MEP contractors and interface with consultants, authorities, clients.
• Maintain site documentation and report progress.
• Lead on-site resource deployment and logistics.
• Coordinate with utility providers and client representatives.
