Job summary

Responsibilities

• Site Management: Oversee all CSA works, including excavation, steel structures, and building envelopes, ensuring compliance with construction drawings.
• Project Coordination: Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP teams, and clients, ensuring structural and architectural elements integrate seamlessly.
• Scheduling and Planning: Develop and manage site timelines, lookahead schedules, and project milestones to ensure timely delivery.
• Quality and Safety: Monitor site safety regulations (such as JKKP/DOSH) and enforce quality assurance to reduce risks.
• Design & Compliance: Review design drawings, identify constructability issues, and ensure compliance with local building codes.
• Contractor Management: Oversee vendors, subcontractors, and consultants to manage performance and address technical issues.
