Job summary

Delta Electronics Southeast Asia & Oceania is seeking an experienced Channel Sales professional to drive regional growth and expand market share for Delta’s ICT and Data Center Infrastructure portfolio across Malaysia. You will build, empower, and scale a high-performing channel partner network—aligning go-to-market strategies and closing high-value opportunities with key partners.

The role requires strong experience in channel partner development, indirect sales, and data center infrastructure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder in related field.
• Experience with Data Center Infra, UPS, cooling, BESS, or related ICT solutions.
• Proven success in channel partner development and indirect sales in Malaysia.
• Strong relationships with system integrators, consultants, and enterprise customers.
• Proficient in Salesforce CRM, forecasting, and analytics.
• Strategic thinker with cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and manage channel partners and system integrators across Malaysia. Establish partner programs, rebate/tiering structures, and annual revenue targets.
• Drive revenue for Data Center Infrastructure solutions. Work directly with partners on deal strategy, joint customer visits, opportunity mapping, and account acquisition.
• Cultivate relationships with consultants, EPC contractors, data center operators, and enterprise decision-makers to create sales opportunities for your partner network.
• Support partner teams through technical enablement, sales coaching, marketing programs, and active deal support to maximize sales conversion.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage sales forecasts, track partner performance, analyze pipeline health, and report on regional business growth.
• Represent the company at industry exhibitions, technical workshops, and roadshows to increase brand awareness in target sectors.
