You will deploy physical plant cabling, implement data center infrastructure, and collaborate with program management to align deliverables with project timelines. The role emphasizes planning, vendor coordination, and ongoing improvement of data center systems, ensuring standards are followed and documentation is maintained.

Qualifications

• Experience in data center cabling and infrastructure standards.
• Ability to troubleshoot cabling connectivity issues.
• Experience coordinating with Program Management teams.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to designs for structured cabling solutions for new data center builds and expansions.
• Deploys physical plant cabling systems as instructed.
• Adheres to global data center cabling and infrastructure standards.
• Troubleshoots connectivity issues, including patch panels and patch cords.
• Implements infrastructure for Oracle data centers.
• Delivers sustainable and repeatable solutions to support continuous improvement of data centers.
• Reviews BOM and project roadmap to align scope and business needs.
• Prioritizes customer experience in planning and delivery.
• Builds relationships with Program Management teams to support timely deliverables.
• Reports on and documents project updates to inform team leads of status and roadblocks.
• Maintains documentation on cabling and build standards.
• Begins to collaborate with vendors to deliver build out of data center infrastructure.
• Develops and maintains collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Independently manages work, timelines, and deliverables to keep projects on track.
• Collaborates across teams to align on expectations and needs.
• Identifies and addresses issues, escalating complex ones as appropriate.
• Embraces continuous learning and improvement.
