Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking a Bid Manager who will coordinate the end-to-end bid process, shaping executive summaries and responses to RFI/RFPs. You will lead a team of BUSCs and collaborate with BDMs to craft client-focused, differentiated proposals.

The role emphasizes strong writing, leadership, and a proactive style to drive high-quality submissions while managing multiple deadlines and internal stakeholders. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong bid writing and editing skills with a track record of winning proposals.
• Experience leading and training teams in a sales/support environment is desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Guide research and materials prep for client meetings and presentations.
• Coordinate country/divisional events with content and materials.
• Lead bid responses from initiation to submission with clear win themes.
• Ensure final documents are of high quality via design, editing and proofreading.
• Train BUSCs and develop proposals to differentiate and win.
