Job summary

Cactus Life Sdn Bhd is seeking a data-driven BI Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret data across sales, marketing, and operations. You will build and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and inform strategic decisions.

The role requires 2-3 years in data analytics, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and Google Sheets. FMCG experience is preferred; a Bachelor's degree is essential for the position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Data Analyst or a related field.
• 2-3 years working experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst/Data Analyst or related data analytics role.
• FMCG industry experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to turn data into insights.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, for stakeholder presentations.
• Experience with project management.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to business performance and industry data (sales, customer behavior, KPI, financial reports, marketing data).
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs and identify trends or issues.
• Develop strategies to enhance customer experience, increase conversion rates, and optimize sales funnels.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform strategy.
• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and translate into technical specs.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management with actionable insights.
• Monitor impact of changes and initiatives on performance.
• Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in eCommerce.
