Key Responsibilities
- Business Intelligence & Reporting
- Develop, manage, and maintain Business Intelligence (BI) solutions, dashboards, and reports to support business and management reporting.
- Design and deliver reports using tools such as Excel, Tableau, and other BI platforms throughout the application lifecycle.
- Data Analysis & Data Mining
- Perform data mining and analysis on large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Provide timely and accurate insights to support business performance monitoring and decision‑making.
- Business Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with business users and stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Present findings and insights in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.
- Requirements & Process Analysis
- Analyze business processes and requirements to ensure alignment with data analysis and reporting solutions.
- Map business needs to data structures, metrics, and KPIs.
- Process Improvement & Optimization
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes and strategies through data‑driven and technology‑based solutions.
- Recommend enhancements to reporting, automation, and data workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Operational & Development Support
- Identify development needs to improve and streamline operational processes.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to data quality, reporting standards, and analytics capabilities.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related fields.
- 1 year experience in data analysis, BI, or analytics roles, preferably within banking or financial services.
- Strong proficiency in:
- Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data modeling)
- Tableau or similar BI tools
- SQL (preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent deductive reasoning and critical thinking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate data insights into business recommendations.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
