Job summary

A wellness company in Puchong is seeking a Data Analyst to manage their Electronic Data Processing department. The role entails coordinating data flow, generating reports, and ensuring accurate commission payouts. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree and have at least 2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a Direct Selling or MLM company. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and communication skills in English and Mandarin are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as Data Analyst or in Electronic Data Processing.
• Preferably from Direct Selling or MLM Company.

Responsibilities

Company Background:

We are representing a client who from wellness company in Puchong. As they are expanding, they are looking for Data Analyst to join the team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and assist to lead Electronic Data Processing (EDP) Department.
• Manage and coordinate data flow between all countries and departments.
• Process feedback based on forms received that are related to company EDP system.
• Monitor Bi-weekly Commission payout accurately and timely.
• Generate promotion code for each promotion campaign.
• Manage and update all raw data for future reports usage.
• Must be expert in using Microsoft Excel and Formulas to generate reports.
• Prepare reports for management on Weekly, Bi-weekly, Monthly and ad-hoc basis.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.
• Candidate must have at least 2 years of working experience as Data Analyst/ Electronic Data Processing.
• Preferably from Direct Selling Company/ MLM Company.

• Good communication in English and Mandarin (Due to Business Nature)
