Job summary

Allianz Malaysia is seeking a data and AI governance lead to steer the governance framework and drive execution of ASIDM initiatives. You will collaborate with the Supervisor and Head of Department to deliver regulatory-compliant programs and ensure alignment with business goals.

The role emphasizes project management, stakeholder communication, QA oversight, and continuous improvement across data governance domains, including localisation of Bank Negara Malaysia requirements and Allianz Group

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Min. 3 years’ experience in data governance or related field.
• Strong English written and spoken communication.
• Experience in PM or AI/data governance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Data & AI governance frameworks including ASIDM.
• Ensure compliance with governance/regulatory frameworks.
• Plan, organize, monitor Data & AI projects to align with business objectives.
• Support awareness initiatives across the organisation.
• Conduct QA reviews to assess compliance with governance.
• Prepare clear reports outlining findings and recommendations.
• Escalate issues and risks to management.
• Identify control gaps and remediation actions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
