Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a D365 Functional Specialist to own manufacturing processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will ensure data governance, data accuracy, and alignment between business operations and ERP processes, collaborating with global ERP teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or other ERP systems in manufacturing.
Strong understanding of product configuration, BOMs, routings, and manufacturing processes.
Experience supporting ERP implementations, system enhancements, testing, or process improvements.
Familiarity with UAT, documentation, and change management processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities focused on process optimization.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management across multiple business functions.

Responsibilities

Serve as the functional owner for D365 manufacturing processes and ensure system effectiveness and governance.
Manage and maintain product configurations, BOMs, routings, and related data.
Uphold standards for data accuracy, version control, and process consistency.
Ensure integrity of manufacturing data across the ERP system.
Act as primary liaison between business users, ERP teams, and partners.
Lead UAT, including planning, validation, and deployment readiness.
