Job summary

Michael Page International (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a D365 Functional Specialist to own the Microsoft Dynamics 365 manufacturing processes and provide end-to-end functional support across the business. • Experience with D365 or other ERP in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of product configuration, BOMs, routings, and planning.
• Experience in ERP implementations, enhancements, testing, or process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Own D365 manufacturing processes, ensure governance and alignment.
• Maintain product configuration models, BOMs, routings, and data.
• Ensure data accuracy and system reliability across ERP.
• Lead UAT including planning, validation, and deployment readiness.
• Support ERP integrations and related data across platforms.
• Develop ERP documentation, SOPs, and user guides.
• Drive best practices, governance, and continuous improvement.
