Job summary

ITC Infotech is seeking a seasoned Dynamics 365 F&O professional in Malaysia to lead end-to-end implementations with focus on Finance and SCM. You will design solutions, drive FRD/BRD/TDD deliverables, and guide integration and data migration efforts for complex projects.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients, ensuring robust architecture, environment strategy, and successful project outcomes across engagements in Manufacturing, Retail, and Financial Services.

Qualifications

• 10 to 15 years of experience with Dynamics AX 2012 R3 and Dynamics 365 F&O.
• At least 5 years of end-to-end D365 F&O implementation experience.
• Experience in Finance and SCM processes.
• Responsible for solution design, FRD, BRD, TDD.
• Responsible for delivering D365 Solution Blueprint.
• Experience in D365 integration, data migration strategy and architecture.
• Experience with D365 environment strategy and Microsoft Fast Track Deliverables.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; customer-facing.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end D365 F&O implementation projects.
• Design overall D365 solutions including FRD/BRD/TDD deliverables.
• Define and implement integration and data migration strategies.
• Develop and execute D365 environment strategy and deployment plans.
• Manage customer relationships and ensure successful deliverables.
