• Min 15+ years of exp in consulting, configuration and supporting customization of Dynamics 365 F&O/SCM.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and understand business processes; prepare high-level solution blueprints and design docs.
• Analyze client requirements to determine how software meets objectives.
• Define, design and align the business app to requirements with clients and team members.
• Convert requirements to functional specs and design documents; perform SIT/UAT support.
• Lead functional consulting, configure D365 F&O/SCM modules (Finance, SCM, Production, Warehouse).
• Lead SIT, End user training, UAT and Go Live; manage data migration activities.
• Manage and deliver small projects; lead other consultants to meet client expectations.
• Develop functional design docs, technical specs, unit and system test scripts; deployment plans.
• Facilitate functional sessions and weekly client status meetings; act as trusted advisor.

Summary

As a Senior D365 Functional Lead, you are considered you are considered an expert and have in depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O/SCM. You are energetic and passionate about Dynamics 365 and how it can be used to solve complex business problems. You have the capability to lead project engagements and support pre‑sales, perform demonstrations when required, providing expert services to solution complex supply chain requirements and supporting functional Solution Architects across primarily D365 F&O/SCM and associated ISVs, including multiple technologies and offerings. With your solution and industry experience, you will lead the Functional team and, provide functional guidance and direction leveraging your deep knowledge of D365 F&O/SCM. You are also seen as a technology leader within the Dynamics 365 community, and you routinely share your knowledge on bleeding edge topics in community and internal events

Key Responsibilities

Evaluating and understanding the business process and preparing high level solution blueprints and design documentation. Ability to analyse client requirements and objectives to determine how software can best meet clients’ requirements and objectives. Work closely with clients and other team members to define, design and align the business application to the business requirements. Convert requirements to functional specifications and functional design documents Functional consulting, design and configure D365 F&O/SCM for clients on Finance, Project Accounting, Supply Chain, Production, Warehousing and related modules Have experience in handling SIT, End user training, UAT and Go Live. Have experience in data migration activities. Manage and deliver small projects independently. Lead other consultants in delivering according to client expectations; take ownership of successful completion of deliverables and projects. Participate in the development of functional design documentation and technical specifications, unit, and system test scripts, and deployment plans to perform SIT testing. Facilitate functional sessions and weekly status meetings with clients, including the ability to be a trusted advisor for a client to make decisions.

Skill and experiences

Min 15+ years of experience in consulting, configuration and supporting of customisation of Dynamics 365 F&O/SCM Strong experience working on large complex, multi region client projects. Worked on numerous end‑to‑end implementation projects using multiple implementation methodologies Excellent communication skills along with good analysis and documentation skills Should have a positive and can‑do approach Experience working in a collaborative environment Worked under general guidance and direction, but fully independent in own work with latitude for autonomous decision‑making related to work processes. Travel as needed. You may be required to travel based on presales and project demands.
