Qualifications

Hands-on experience with D365 Case Management and CRM entities.
Proficient in Canvas Apps, Custom APIs, Workflows, and Power Automate.
Experience with SSIS for ETL and data migration.
Strong collaboration and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, customize, and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM (On-Premises) solutions.
Work with Azure DevOps for source control, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployments.
Create and integrate Custom APIs, Plugins, Canvas Apps, and Power Automate workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions that align with business goals.
Conduct unit testing, support QA efforts, and assist in production deployments.
Document technical solutions, best practices, and support knowledge transfer to internal teams.
