Job summary

AirAsia Berhad in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Analyst, Cybersecurity Change & Program Management to execute, coordinate and analyze cybersecurity change and transformation initiatives.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, this role supports planning, tracking and delivery of cybersecurity programs, ensuring data accuracy and smooth cross‑functional coordination across cybersecurity, ICT and business teams.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in program coordination, project support, change support, or analytical roles.
• Experience in technology, cybersecurity, digital, or transformation environments is preferred.
• Exposure to enterprise-wide initiatives, awareness programs, or governance processes is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of cybersecurity programs by maintaining delivery plans, milestones and task trackers.
• Coordinate activities across cybersecurity, ICT and business teams to ensure timelines and actions are followed.
• Track deliverables, action items and outcomes from program and governance meetings.
• Assist with materials for program reviews, steering updates and stakeholder sessions.
