Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Cyber Security, IT, CS or related field.
• 3-5 years’ experience in Cyber Security, Technology Risk, Governance, or Assurance.
• Strong knowledge of Cyber Security Governance, KRIs, metrics, and risk management.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and data management skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and execution of the Group Technology Assurance Reporting in line with the Group Technology Roadmap and Information Security Automation projects.
• Collaborate with business units and all departments within Group Technology to improve reporting and metrics and ensure effective execution.
• Ensure all reported KRIs, metrics and management packs are accurate and delivered timely.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for KRIs and metrics queries across Group Technology and markets.
• Lead investigations and resolutions of discrepancies in reporting data and automated tools.
• Assist with related duties as assigned by the company.

Role Overview

We are seeking Cyber Security Manager who is responsible for leading the organisation’s Technology Assurance reporting, governance, metrics, and information security assurance activities. The role provides oversight of key risk indicators (KRIs), technology and information security metrics, management reporting, and automated reporting processes to support effective cyber security governance and informed management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and execution of the overall the Group Technology Assurance Reporting in accordance with the Group Technology Roadmap and Group Information Security Automation projects,
• Work with business units and all departments within Group Technology to improve, implement and ensure effective execution of the reporting and metrics,
• Ensure all the reported KRIs, metrics and the management presentation packs and all other reports are accurately prepared in a timely manner,
• Act as the key management point-of-contact for any queries in relation to KRIs and metrics to all departments within Group Technology and all markets,
• To lead the investigation process and resolution on any discrepancies in the reporting data and/or breakage in the automated reporting tools.
• To assist any other related duties as may be assigned from time to time by the company.

Key Performance Indicators

• Ensure Technology metrics are consistently and effectively implemented in all markets,
• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of the technology metrics reporting and adoption,
• Keep abreast with the changing technology and market practices and continuously improve in support of IT/Security compliance programs,
• Accuracy of the reports,
• Doing things right, creating synergies for the overall business goals and objectives, along with a people first people-first

Required Skills And Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Cyber Security, IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 3- 5 years’ experience in Cyber Security, Technology Risk, Governance, or Assurance
• Strong knowledge of Cyber Security Governance, KRIs, metrics, and risk management
• Strong analytical, reporting, and data management skills
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
