Job summary

Two95 International Inc. in Kuala Lumpur seeks a CXOne IVR Engineer (NICE 3rd Party Product) to design, develop, and deploy scalable IVR/ACD solutions for client contact centers.

You will work across architecture, automation, and integrations with CXOne, Microsoft Dynamics, and other platforms. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience with CXOne studio scripting, IVR/ACD design, and a strong background in cloud telephony, REST/SOAP APIs, and DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CXOne IVR/ACD or equivalent contact center engineering role.
• Experience with integration to external platforms and cloud providers.
• Strong scripting, architecture, and automation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Architecture & Engineering: standardize and document CXOne-based IVR/ACD configurations.
• Business Engagement: lead discussions with stakeholders to meet requirements.
• IVR/ACD Design: develop call flows and ensure redundancy and recovery.
• Automation: drive process automation for telephony moves, adds, changes.
• Other: perform process improvements and enhancements as needed.
