Job summary

Two95 International Inc. is seeking an experienced CXOne DFO Engineer in Kuala Lumpur to join our global engineering team. The role focuses on design, development, deployment and serviceability of CXOne DFO digital channels within complex contact center environments.

The candidate should have strong CXOne studio experience, hands-on DFO channel knowledge, and proven delivery capabilities for enterprise-grade contact center solutions. Strong collaboration and problem solving are essential.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years in a technical/service role in software, telecom, or contact center.
Minimum 1 year of experience working in Nice CXone Studio.
Experience with CXOne Studio, DFO channels (Chat, SMS, Email, Social Messaging, Chatbot) and RESTful/SOAP APIs.

Responsibilities

Architecture & Engineering: leverage CXOne DFO configurations and integrate multiple contact center solutions.
Business Engagement: design and implement DFO enhancements with a focus on customer experience and productivity.
DFO Business Analysis & Design: document and develop DFO flows; standardize architectures.
Automation: develop operational automation for Move, Adds, and Changes to DFO services; apply DevOps practices.
Other: perform process improvements and handle outages/resolution of complex integrations.
