Job summary

Nestlé S.A. in Malaysia is seeking a CFSC Manager to drive innovative and sustainable supply chain solutions, aligning customer needs with Nestlé's supply chain capabilities to gain a competitive advantage.

Qualifications

5–10 years in Supply Chain or Sales.
Experience across two areas of Supply Chain including Customer Service.
Knowledge in finance including costing and value chain.
Experience collaborating on trade, marketing and sales projects.
Commercial and/or Supply Chain experience dealing with the Trade.

Responsibilities

Define and lead a common customer strategy in partnership with Sales, Customer and across Supply Chain teams.
Coordinate multi-functional teams from concept creation to final delivery for CFSC initiatives.
Drive joint improvement plans with Customers to win in every store (WIES) and improve On Shelf Availability.
Highlight business opportunities for Nestlé and Customers to create supply chain value creation.
Drive supply chain efficiency initiatives and represent Nestlé at trade Supply Chain bodies.
Demonstrate ability to build and motivate a high-performing customer-oriented team.
