Job summary

Phillip Wain International in Malaysia is seeking a confident Telemarketer to join our team. You will contact prospective customers by telephone, introduce our products or services, identify needs, and generate sales opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle rejection professionally. Training is provided and you will work Tue-Sat 9am–6:30pm. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and comfortable speaking over the phone.
• Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude.
• Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
• Previous telemarketing, telesales, or customer-service experience is preferred however fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
• Working days from Tuesday and Saturday (9am to 6.30pm). Off on Sunday and Monday.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Introduce and explain company products or services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
• Record customer information, call outcomes, and sales activities accurately.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call or sales targets.
• Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all customer interactions.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and telemarketing guidelines.
