Job summary

FinTop Consulting is hiring a Customer Service Representative - Thai Speaker in Kuala Lumpur. You will handle customer inquiries via phone, email and live chat, delivering high-quality support and ensuring a seamless client experience.

Ideal candidates are fluent in Thai and English, have customer service experience in financial services, and are ready to work in a fast-paced, multicultural setting with rotating shifts including nights and weekends. Knowledge of MetaTrader is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, preferably within FX/CFD or financial services.
• Fluent in Thai and English, written and verbal.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.

Customer Service Representative – Thai Speaker

FinTop Consulting has partnered with a leading global FX/CFD brokerage group that is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative - Thai Speaker to join its growing team in Kuala Lumpur.

About the Role

You will be responsible for providing high-quality customer support to clients via phone, email and live chat, resolving queries efficiently and working closely with internal teams to ensure an excellent client experience.

Key Requirements

• Previous Customer Service experience, ideally within FX/CFD, Forex, brokerage, or financial services
• Fluent in Thai and English, both written and verbal
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organisational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
• Knowledge of MetaTrader and financial markets is an advantage
