Qualifications

• Masters degree in business or related field.
• English language skills; Korean/Cantonese a plus.
• 1–5 years' experience in Customer Service / Order Management / Medical device field.
• Strong ERP and operational expertise.
• Customer-focused, detail-oriented, proactive.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end order management in local and global contexts.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
• Support global and regional projects related to digitalization and operational excellence.
• Coordinate with customers, manufacturing sites and internal departments.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and quality standards.
