Job summary

TP is seeking a Customer Success Specialist (English & Mandarin) to support a Social Media project in Penang, Malaysia. You will provide non-voice customer support via chat and email, resolve inquiries efficiently, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions.

What You'll Do

Working Hours
