Sunshine Wholesale Mart in Penang welcomes customers at our information counter and provides assistance on facilities, services, promotions and operating hours. You will handle enquiries, feedback and complaints with a friendly, professional approach.

We value good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia, basic computer skills, and the ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as we offer training and support.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM / O-Level or equivalent.
• Customer service experience is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Friendly, responsible and customer-oriented.
• Basic computer skills.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers at the information counter.
• Handle enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally.
• Provide information on facilities, services, promotions and operating hours.
• Assist customers with directions and general requests.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer issues.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
