Job summary

Eco-Shop Marketing Berhad (Retail) is seeking a customer-facing sales associate at Prangin Mall Penang. You will assist customers with purchases, answer inquiries, and ensure an inviting shopping environment. The role includes handling cash and card transactions and keeping the counter organized and stocked.

The position requires basic math, good communication, and reliability. Weekend and public holiday shifts are expected, with attractive compensation and benefits offered by Eco-Shop’s growing

Qualifications

• High School/SPM/Diploma or equivalent with basic math.
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Attention to detail for handling transactions and monitoring stock.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with cash handling procedures.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with customers.
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Willing to work at Prangin Mall Penang, Pulau Pinang.
