Manage inbound calls via a dedicated toll-free line, addressing customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
Provide accurate, consistent, and timely resolutions to customer concerns, maintaining a high standard of service delivery.
Meet or exceed service level and productivity targets by handling all inquiries efficiently and effectively.
Collaborate with the technical support team to ensure swift and seamless resolution of issues.
Candidates with experience in Hospital or Third Party Administrator will have an added advantage.
Demonstrate a results-oriented mindset, showing urgency, teamwork, and a proactive approach in delivering exceptional client service.
Possess at least a Diploma with minimum 1 year of experience in Third Party Administration (TPA), call centres, or the healthcare industry (preferred).
Proven experience in handling inbound calls.
Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
Proficient in computer applications and highly detail-oriented.
Clear and pleasant telephone manner with good intonation.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment; must be independent, customer-focused, results-driven, and disciplined.
Willing to work late hours, on shifts, or on-call as required.
Must possess own transport.
