5G-Starlink Pte. is seeking a Customer Service Executive to provide bilingual support to Mandarin- and English-speaking customers. You will handle live chat interactions, coordinate orders, and liaise with the Operations Team to ensure smooth delivery.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior Zendesk or live chat experience is a plus. A strong work ethic and patient communication are essential for success in this role.

Requirements

• Candidates with STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in any field, are welcome to apply.
• Compulsory to be bilingual in Mandarin and English to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers and associates.
• Open to fresh graduates
• Experience in Zendesk, Live chat or any other Customer Service Communication Channel is advantageous.
