A leading service provider in Malaysia is looking for a customer service representative to maintain high standards of service interactions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good computer literacy, and the ability to work under pressure in both Bahasa Malaysia and English. The role involves handling customer complaints, providing support, and contributing to team efforts. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, with training provided for career development. This position is a minimum six-month contract with potential for permanency.
Work with the customer care team to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
Greet customers and merchants warmly and ascertain problems or reasons for calling.
To handle all enquiries from customers and merchants, and provide appropriate feedback and alternatives within the time limits.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods or tools.
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Resolve product or service problems via phone, email, mail or social media by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
To provide support and user guidance for the Company's services and products.
Assist in any ad-hoc tasks as and when is assigned by immediate superior.
Working locations: Kepong Bandar Sri Damansara, Kuala Lumpur and Bandar Sunway, Selangor.
