Job summary
A retail company in Seremban is seeking a responsible individual to be a product consultant. Responsibilities include safeguarding the shop's reputation, answering customer calls, maintaining inventory accuracy, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will communicate effectively with other departments and assist in various tasks to ensure smooth shop operations.
Responsibilities
- Product consultant
- Safeguard the shop reputation.
- Answer phone calls from ABO/customer.
- Backup cashier when necessary.
- Conduct housekeeping.
- Assist in functions organized by the Company.
- Receive, store, retrieve, and dispatch goods.
- Stock replenishment.
- Assist in repair, replacement & return of products.
- Maintain high level of inventory with accuracy.
- Conduct monthly stock-take.
- Maintain good documentation and filing.
- Provide good customer service and rapport with ABOs.
- Provide timely feedback to the shop manager.
- Provide relevant data report to Shop Manager.
- Establish effective communication with other departments.

- Assist in PRS repair, replacement & return of products, ABO resignation and issuance of B/O items.
- Maintain high level of inventory with accuracy.
- Conduct monthly stock-take.
- Maintain good documentation record and proper filing.
- Provide good customer service and maintain good rapport with ABOs.
- Provide timely and relevant feedback to the shop manager.
- Provide the relevant data report to Shop Manager.
- Establish effective communication with other departments/branches.
