Responsibilities

• Product consultant
• Safeguard the shop reputation.
• Answer phone calls from ABO/customer.
• Backup cashier when necessary.
• Conduct housekeeping.
• Assist in functions organized by the Company.
• Receive, store, retrieve, and dispatch goods.
• Stock replenishment.
• Assist in repair, replacement & return of products.
• Maintain high level of inventory with accuracy.
• Conduct monthly stock-take.
• Maintain good documentation and filing.
• Provide good customer service and rapport with ABOs.
• Provide timely feedback to the shop manager.
• Provide relevant data report to Shop Manager.
• Establish effective communication with other departments.

• Stock replenishment.
• Assist in PRS repair, replacement & return of products, ABO resignation and issuance of B/O items.
• Maintain high level of inventory with accuracy.
• Conduct monthly stock-take.
• Maintain good documentation record and proper filing.
• Provide good customer service and maintain good rapport with ABOs.
• Provide timely and relevant feedback to the shop manager.
• Provide the relevant data report to Shop Manager.
• Establish effective communication with other departments/branches.
