Job summary

Toll Group is seeking an experienced operations/support professional in Malaysia to manage customer relationships and support account management and transaction processing. This role provides product and technical support related to customer transactions, feedback, and requests, while ensuring service standards are met under contract terms.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of training or vocational experience, is eligible to work in Malaysia, and is prepared to undertake pre-employment checks

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of job-related training and technical or vocational training is required.
• Entitled to work in Malaysia.
• Prepared to undertake pre-employment checks including a criminal history check and medical exams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain effective and professional customer relationships.
• Support account management and transaction processing.
• Provide product and technical support as it relates to customer transactions, customer feedback and other requests.
• Liaise with internal and external customer / stakeholders to ensure contractual obligations are achieved and agreed service standards are met.
• Respond to customer queries and resolve issues as defined by customer agreement and relevant processes.

This is an experienced operational / support role, requiring detailed knowledge of a business process. Assignments are semi‑routine in nature, requiring the application and use of previously acquired knowledge. May provide assistance to less experienced staff.
