Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Regional Manager, Project Execution to steer complex customer projects spanning Capex and Opex. You will lead local and global teams, conduct risk assessments, and drive opportunities with clients to ensure exceptional outcomes and strong relationships.

A history in electrical infrastructure projects is highly valued. You will report into the Project Management function and help optimize delivery quality and reporting standards while inspiring teams across regions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management, Mechanical, Electrical, or an equivalent Engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years' work experience as a project management
• PMI PMP Certification or an equivalent
• Experience with Smartsheet and Microsoft Project (or similar) a plus.
• A history of delivering high-profile projects with successful outcomes for both the Client and Company
• A background in managing the delivery of Substantial Electrical Infrastructure Data Centers being a big plus

• Design and implement non-technical processes and programs, using professional judgment to drive results.
• Be recognized as an expert in project execution across a broader scope.
• Handle moderately complex matters with deep expertise in project management.
• Exercise independent judgment to solve ambiguous issues.
• Guide and delegate tasks to others, often as project lead on medium to large projects.

• Handle moderately complex matters and demonstrate deep expertise in project management, supported by a strong understanding of the industry.
• Regularly exercise independent judgment to solve moderately complex issues, particularly in ambiguous situations.
• Guide, review, and delegate tasks to others, often serving as the project lead on medium to large projects.
