Job summary

BW Yee Seng Steel Industries is seeking a detail-oriented support staff in Penang to assist the Sales team with PO processing, BOM, quotations, and D/O invoices. You will collaborate with QA, Store, Logistics, Planner and Production to ensure orders and deliveries run smoothly, while monitoring shipments and handling related issues.

Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required, with strong communication and problem-solving skills to assist customers and resolve internal CS matters.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales team with PO processing, BOM, quotations, and D/O invoices.
• Coordinate with QA, Store, Logistics, Planner & Production for smooth order and delivery process.
• Monitor shipment processes and resolve issues as needed.
• Address customer complaints and internal CS-related problems.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required.
