Jora Malaysia is seeking a versatile host to handle live TikTok sessions, engage audiences on camera, and support events for the Indonesian market. The role involves training dealers, coordinating live campaigns, and contributing to online engagement strategies.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in English or Bahasa Malaysia, be comfortable on camera, and willing to travel for events. Indonesian language skills are a plus and experience in live hosting is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field, OR equivalent working experience.
• Experience in customer service, fulfilment, sales support, training, or live hosting is an added advantage.
• Experience in TikTok Live, social media live selling, or online engagement is highly preferred.
• Experience in training, public speaking, emceeing, or event coordination is a strong advantage.
• Experience with Canva, CapCut, and documentation is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Customer Fulfilment & Service: Handle customer and dealer enquiries through WhatsApp, social media, and internal platforms.
• Process orders, coordinate fulfilment, and follow up on delivery status.
• Manage customer complaints and issues professionally in accordance with company SOPs.
• Ensure accurate documentation and proper record-keeping of cases and transactions.
• Act as the first point of resolution to minimise unnecessary escalations.

Responsibility

1. Customer Fulfilment & Service
   • Handle customer and dealer enquiries through WhatsApp, social media, and internal platforms.
   • Process orders, coordinate fulfilment, and follow up on delivery status.
   • Manage customer complaints and issues professionally in accordance with company SOPs.
   • Ensure accurate documentation and proper record-keeping of cases and transactions.
   • Act as the first point of resolution to minimise unnecessary escalations.
2. TikTok Live Hosting & Online Engagement
   • Conduct TikTok Live sessions to promote products, explain product usage, and introduce promotions and campaigns for the Indonesian market.
   • Engage audiences confidently on camera and respond to live questions in Indonesian.
   • Support sales campaigns, product launches, and online activations.
   • Coordinate with internal teams on live schedules, scripts, and campaign objectives.
3. Training & Dealer Support
   • Deliver training through the training system to dealers and partners, both online and in person.
   • Explain product knowledge, business systems, and operational processes clearly and effectively.
   • Assist with onboarding new dealers and support their learning journey.
   • Gather feedback from dealers and the field, and report improvement opportunities to management.
4. Events, Projects & Team Support
   • Participate in local and overseas events, including events in Indonesia, when required.
   • Take on roles such as Trainer, Emcee, Event Coordinator, Project Executive, or Event Manager, depending on the event scale and requirements.
   • Assist with event and project planning, coordination, execution, and post-event follow-up.
   • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure event and project objectives are achieved.
5. General & Administration
   • Support daily business operations and administrative activities.
   • Assist with basic bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records.
