Job summary

CS Automotive Group is seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to be the primary liaison between customers and the Service Department. You will coordinate vehicle servicing, provide professional recommendations, and ensure an outstanding customer experience from check-in to delivery.

The role requires a Diploma/Certificate in Automotive Technology or related field with at least 2 years of experience in automotive service roles.

Qualifications

Diploma or certificate in automotive technology or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive customer service.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and service management systems.
Valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service and repair requirements.
Conduct initial vehicle inspections and prepare repair estimates.
Explain recommended repairs, maintenance, pricing, and completion timelines.
Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely repairs.
Monitor service progress and keep customers updated throughout the repair process.
Prepare repair orders, invoices, and maintain accurate service records.
Process payments, warranty claims, and related service documentation.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve service-related issues professionally.
Prepare daily and weekly service reports for management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, manufacturer standards, and customer service procedures.
