Job summary

SummitNext Technologies Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Customer Service Executive to provide outstanding support via voice, email and live chat for Shopee customers. You will handle enquiries, guide order statuses, and resolve issues while documenting interactions in the CRM system.

The role requires good Malay and English, willingness to work on rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays, and a proactive, customer-first attitude. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

Minimum SPM or equivalent (Diploma/Degree is an added advantage).
Good command of Malay & English (both spoken and written).
Customer service, call centre, or BPO experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
Willing to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for Shopee customers across voice, email and live chat.
Assist customers with order status, delivery updates, returns and refunds, and product information.
Document all interactions accurately in the CRM and escalate complex issues when needed.
Maintain high customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions.
Strive to meet personal and team KPIs for quality, productivity and CSAT.
