Job summary

YOOTREE(MY) SDN. BHD. is seeking a customer service specialist in Kuala Lumpur.

You will respond to inquiries across TikTok Shop, Shopee, WhatsApp, Facebook, and email, while handling orders, returns, and warranty issues. You’ll work with sales, warehouse and marketing to ensure a smooth customer experience. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in customer service or e-commerce, strong English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.
1–3 years of customer service or e-commerce experience is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is an added advantage.
Familiar with TikTok Shop or Shopee Seller Centre is preferred.
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
Willing to work weekends or shifts during campaign periods.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via TikTok Shop, Shopee, WhatsApp, Facebook, and email.
Handle order issues, returns, refunds, exchanges, and warranty claims.
Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
Record customer feedback and report recurring issues.
Maintain response time and customer satisfaction KPIs.
Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and marketing teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
