Job summary

Watsons Malaysia is seeking a Shop Associate to deliver friendly, professional customer service and to efficiently run the daily store operations.

The role includes maintaining stock, serving as a cashier, and promoting the Watsons VIP Member Card. Applicants should be Malaysian citizens with PMR/PT3/SKM, fluent in Bahasa Melayu and English, and able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Qualifications

• PMR/PT3/SKM certificate or equivalent.
• Bahasa Melayu and English required.
• Pleasant personality with strong communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and follow-up skills, adaptable and result-oriented.
• Outgoing, high energy; Malaysian citizen.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Experience in health/retail pharmacy is an added advantage.
