Job summary

UNIQLO (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. is seeking an Associate, Customer Service on a 6-month contract in Petaling Jaya.

You will handle inquiries across channels, ensuring quick resolution and adherence to UNIQLO's service standards. The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Business Admin or related field, and 2–3 years in customer service, with familiarity of CRM and ticketing tools. Prior experience in retail or e-commerce is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–3 years' experience in Customer Service, Contact Centre, or E-Commerce Support.
• Experience in retail or e-commerce customer support is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and ticket management tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries through phone, email, live chat, and other channels.
• Provide accurate, professional, and timely information about UNIQLO products, services, promotions, and policies.
• Deliver a positive customer experience while meeting service targets.
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and escalations.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback and VOC insights.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to satisfaction and efficiency.
• Coordinate with Stores, E-Commerce, Logistics, Marketing, Merchandising to resolve issues.
• Maintain records of interactions in CRM and ticketing platforms.
