Job summary

Vertiv invites recent graduates to join its Customer Engineering Training (CET) program in Asia. This 12-month journey equips you with technical skills, hands-on experience, and mentoring from Vertiv leaders, culminating in a full-time Customer Engineer position.

The program blends on-the-job training with product training across Vertiv’s Power, Thermal, and Monitoring systems, plus project-based learning and regular feedback to support growth and development.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or entry-level candidate with at least tertiary education in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Mechatronic Engineering.
• Keen interest in a career in technology with basic understanding of hardware, software and network systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Complete a 12-month Customer Engineering Training (CET) program.
• Receive hands-on training across Vertiv’s portfolio (Power, Thermal, Monitoring).
• Transition into a full-time Customer Engineer role upon successful completion.
