Job summary

Vertiv in Malaysia invites fresh graduates to join the Customer Engineering Training (CET), a 12-month program designed to build technical expertise through on-the-job training, product training, and project-based learning, within cross-functional teams.

Participants receive mentorship from experienced professionals and frequent feedback, with the goal of transitioning into a full-time Customer Engineer role, applying knowledge across electrical, mechanical, and monitoring systems.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or entry-level candidate with at least tertiary education in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial or Mechatronic Engineering.
• Interest in a technology career with basic hardware, software and networking understanding.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Maximum 1 year work experience; intended start November 2026.
