Job summary

The Coca-Cola Beverages Singapore, Malaysia & Brunei is offering a 6-month internship for university students eager to gain hands-on experience in our Commercial department in Malaysia. • Currently pursuing a bachelor degree in business, management, marketing, office administration or similar fieldrelated field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams).
• Curious, meticulous, proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the team in building and maintaining relationships with trade/on-premise customers.
• Assist in communicating with customers to understand their needs and collect feedback.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research to support business insights.
• Analyze customer data to help identify potential growth opportunities.
• Assist in preparing sales presentations, reports, and supporting materials.
• Participate in sales calls and meetings to gain hands-on exposure.
• Support the planning and execution of trade promotional activities.
• Help track and evaluate promotion effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Support database management and ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on customer-related initiatives.
• Contribute ideas to enhance customer experience and engagement.
