Job summary

BateriHub is seeking a dedicated retail team member to assist customers in finding items and to help with inventory, stock organization, and timely restocking. You will process shipments, inform customers about sales and promotions, and ensure price accuracy while delivering friendly service.

This role requires strong numerical and verbal communication, teamwork, and the ability to stand for long periods. You will also support the store manager with various duties and maintain a clean, inviting

Qualifications

Computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
Good numerical and verbal communication skills.
An engaging and friendly personality.
Ability to work in a team.
Physically fit, able to stand for long periods, and move stock.
Punctuality and excellent timekeeping.

Responsibilities

Assist customers to find desired items.
Receiving and processing shipments and deliveries.
Organizing merchandise and restocking depleted shelves so they're attractive to customers.
Informing customers about ongoing sales, promotions and discounts to increase revenue.
Keeping up to date with product information to advise customers and make recommendations effectively.
Auditing the price of inventory regularly.
Performing cleaning duties at the end of shifts.
Assisting the retail manager with miscellaneous duties.
