Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a curtain and blind installer to join our on-site team in Penang. You will measure, cut and install curtain tracks, brackets, rods and accessories at residential and commercial sites, ensuring safety and alignment.

You will perform site preparation, quality checks, load and transport materials, assist with warehouse duties, and communicate professionally with customers. Working hours are Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Qualifications

• Able to work at heights and on ladders when required.
• Good attitude, responsible and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in curtain/blind installation, renovation, carpentry or related work is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Measure and mark installation positions accurately.
• Cut and install curtain tracks, brackets, rods and accessories.
• Ensure curtains and blinds are installed neatly, safely and according to specifications.
• Perform site preparation, installation and basic troubleshooting.
• Conduct quality checks after installation and ensure the finished work meets company standards.
• Handle tools and installation equipment properly.
• Keep the work area clean and tidy after installation.
• Load, transport and handle curtain materials and equipment when required.
• Assist with warehouse duties, including organising materials and preparing items for installation.
• Communicate professionally with customers at site.
