Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in HR/Marketing/Business/Management or related field.
• Energetic, proactive, and able to take initiative with confidence.
• Resilience and a growth mindset, with a collaborative approach.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing culture initiatives that promote inclusivity and collaboration.
• Support administration of the employee recognition platform and rewards fulfillment.
• Contribute to planning and delivering engagement initiatives including wellbeing and DEI programmes.
• Help develop internal communications and engagement campaigns.
• Provide administrative support across Talent Management activities and events.
• Participate in People & Organisation projects as needed.
