Job summary

Zaiyadal Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated culinary student to support basic kitchen operations in our Malaysia location. You will learn under a supervisor, prepare ingredients, and assist chefs while maintaining cleanliness and safety.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a certificate or degree in culinary arts or related fields, demonstrate teamwork, and are eager to learn in a hands-on kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Culinary Arts, Food & Beverage, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking.
• Willing to learn and work in a kitchen environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Able to follow instructions and maintain cleanliness and hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and handle ingredients properly.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
• Assist with kitchen operations and food storage.
• Follow food safety and hygiene procedures.
• Assist the Cook/Chef with daily tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor/Chef.
