• Plan budget requirements for new projects considering regulations and develop cashflow for financing.
• Identify and mitigate project risks with authorities and external parties to obtain approvals.
• Introduce new engineering methods and technologies in project management.
• Provide technical support during emergency capital expenditure injections.
